- In accordance with the company's "Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention Measures Complaint and Disciplinary Regulations", a sexual harassment complaint handling unit has been established and a sexual harassment complaint mailbox has been set up, and employees can express their rights and opinions through the complaint channel at any time, with 0 complaint cases in 2024.
- Training courses: education and training for new employees, professional training, and education and training courses in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- In 2024, a total of 30 courses were held or participated, with 154 participants totaling 376 hours.
Provide a safe and healthy working environment for employees
- The company has set up access control measures and monitoring equipment to strictly control the entry and exit of personnel entering and leaving the company to ensure the personal safety of the company's employees.
- The company has full-time cleaning personnel to clean the office area environment regularly, and entrusts a professional environmental disinfection company from time to time every year to disinfect the office area to provide a clean, hygienic and comfortable working environment.
- The company cooperates with the building management center to conduct fire equipment inspections once a year, and updates and improves damaged or non-compliant equipment in a timely manner to ensure that the fire protection equipment is always in good condition.
