The FA2253Z is a linear regulator that designed for supplying power to systems with high voltage batteries. It includes a wide 3.0V to 65V input range, low dropout voltage, low quiescent supply current and miniaturized, high thermal-performance packaging. The FA2253Z offers an enable pin compatible with standard CMOS logic and an integrated open drain active-high power good output with a user-programmable delay.
