FA2253Z

The FA2253Z is a linear regulator that designed for supplying power to systems with high voltage batteries. It includes a wide 3.0V to 65V input range, low dropout voltage, low quiescent supply current and miniaturized, high thermal-performance packaging. The low quiescent current and low dropout voltage allows operations at extremely low power levels. Therefore, the FA2253Z is an ideal for the low power microcontrollers and the battery-powered equipment.
The FA2253Z offers an enable pin compatible with standard CMOS logic and an integrated open drain active-high power good output with a user-programmable delay. These pins are intended for use in power-rail sequencing is required. The regulator also includes current limiting and thermal shutdown to protect against over-load and over-temperature conditions.
