The FA7656 is a small, ultra-low RON, single-channel load switch supporting a maximum 6A continuous current. The switch is controlled by an on/off input EN pin. The EN pin can also be configured to adjust under voltage lockout (UVLO) threshold via an external resistor divider. The integrated adjustable under voltage lockout (UVLO) and adjustable power good (PG) threshold provides voltage monitoring as well as robust power sequencing.
In FA7656, an on-chip load resistor is integrated for quick output discharge when the switch is turned off. The device is available in a small, lead-free DFN2x2-10 package.
