Type-C VBUS Power Switches
These Type-C VBUS Power Switches are 3A low-loss single-channel power switches with high output absolute rating of 28V to protect USB Type-C ports against abnormal voltage and current conditions. Their current limit is programmable by an external resistor to protect the power source from over-current or short-circuits conditions.
