FA225433

The FA225433 is a linear regulator that designed for supplying power to systems with high voltage batteries. It includes a wide 4.5V to 70V input range, low dropout voltage, low quiescent supply current and miniaturized, high thermal-performance packaging. The low quiescent current and low dropout voltage allows operations at extremely low power levels. Therefore, the FA225433 is an ideal for the low power microcontrollers and the battery-powered equipment.
The FA225433 offers an enable pin compatible with standard CMOS logic. The FA225433 provides the fixed output voltage. The regulator also includes current limiting and thermal shutdown to protect against over-load and over-temperature conditions.
