FA7660

The FA7660 is a product with high voltage power switch for USB PD application. The high voltage power switch has 60V DC tolerance, and is able to drive up to 3A continuous current. The power path supports UVLO, OVP, RCP, OCP and OTP features. The FA7660 supports a FAULT pin that indicates fault events.
The FA7660 integrated reverse blocking function regardless of EN logic states.
