FA7630

The FA7630 is a power switch consisting of 2-in 1-out with slew-rate controlled, low RON, N-MOSFET switches. The power switch is controlled by an on/off input (EN), which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals. A 270Ω on-chip load resistor is added for quick output discharge when the switch is turned off. The FA7630 also integrates OTP against the fault conditions.
The FA7630 is available in a space-saving SOT23 or DFN2x2 package.
