The FA7610 is a small, ultra-low RON, single-channel load switch supporting a current up to 1A, allowing for a +12V or +5V power rail. The FA7610 is controlled by an on/off input, which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals. A 250Ω on-chip load resistor is added for quick output discharge when the switch is turned off. The FA7610 provides under-voltage protection during soft-start.
